Wholesale Application

Please read this carefully as our wholesale system can be a bit confusing. 

We offer limited wholesale pricing as a convenience intended for other RETAIL operators who like to order a variety of products but don't want to have to carry a lot of stock. 

OUR WHOLESALE OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE:

A. SEMAH WHOLESALE @ 25% OFF:

Re-sellers of Semah who have acquired the proper retail licencing for ceremonial use qualify for 25% wholesale discount on all our Semah products.

Note you cannot legally re-sell pre-packaged Semah unless you have a ceremonial tobacco dealer's permit. You also cannot re-package and sell Semah without a federal manufacturing licence and excise stamp control. For more information about getting licenced to carry ceremonial Semah, contact semah@tltp.ca

B. WHOLESALE ON OTHER ITEMS @ 20% OFF:

If you have a REGISTERED BUSINESS in Canada, you qualify for our wholesale discount. With a minimum $200 order (pre-tax and pre-shipping) we offer this 20% wholesale discount on applicable items under our TIER ONE and TIER TWO discount levels.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. CREATE AN ACCOUNT (if you don't already have one). We can't process your application unless there is an active account in the system.

2. Fill out the application below. 

3. Once approved, we will get back to you your wholesale discount code.

4. Fill your shopping cart, then APPLY THE WHOLESALE CODE into the DISCOUNT CODE field at checkout. 

We do not have a separate login for wholesale (it was far too expensive to set up) and so you will not see wholesale pricing until your cart is updated after you enter the code. 

5. **WHOLESALE DISCOUNT CODES REPLACE AUTOMATED BULK DISCOUNTS!**

This is where things get tricky. Our Shopify website cannot handle more than one discount in operation at a time. So either your wholesale discount code is in play, or its the regular bulk discounts being generated by the system, but it can't be both. It's important that you  consider this and strategize when placing your order. This is only really a problem when you have items from DISCOUNT TIER 3 or BUY 4 GET ONE FREE in your cart. You should place a separate order if you want any of those items. Do not apply your wholesale discount code when doing so, otherwise you will loose the bulk discount. 

6. Before you finish processing your order, CHECK IT CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THAT ALL YOUR DISCOUNTS ARE BEING APPLIED CORRECTLY. If you forget to enter the code you, or if you use it in error on the wrong tier then regular bulk discounts will apply. We cannot issue credits for missed discount opportunities. The system will literally not allow it without an enormous amount of effort. All we can do is cancel your order and you can start over. If you request a cancellation and your payment has already been processed, the refund may take several days to reach your credit card. WE CANNOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. The system literally will not allow it unless the items are shipped back to us for a full refund. If this happens, your account will be charged for the return shipping costs plus a restocking and administration fee.

Please kindly remember that the wholesale discount is a courtesy, not a "right".
