Cash, Cheque or E-transfer VS Credit Card

To help us keep our prices low, if your purchase qualifies for wholesale discounts (anything over 15%), and you wish to pay by credit card or by Paypal invoice, your order will be charged an additional 3%. This is to cover the cost of the fees charges to use by the credit card companies. If you pay with cash, cheque or by e-transfer this surcharge will not apply.

First Nations Point of Sale Relief

Please note that vendors are not allowed to provide the point of sale exemption for items purchased via the Internet to individuals.  There is an exception for items ordered by phone or email for bands as long as the items are for band use. You must provide a written certification on band letterhead signed by an authorized rep., that the items are for the band. For more info, see http://www.fin.gov.on.ca/en/guides/hst/80.html

Out Of Stock Items

Occasionally we may run out of stock an item and will issue a “Temporarily Out Of Stock” notice on the web site and on your invoice. You will not be charged for any out of stock items.

If an item is out of stock but is not noted on the website at the time your order is processed, your account will be credited when the invoice reaches the shipping department and you will be notified. If your order is received with any notable shortages which have not been credited, please contact customer service immediately.

Unfortunately, we cannot hold a price on a back-ordered item that is out of stock. Our prices are subject to change as new stock comes in.

Discrepancies, Shortages and Returns

All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 60 days of the issued invoice date. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 60 days of the invoice date.

Returns

Our guarantee to you… If for ANY reason you are unhappy with the products you received, please send them back within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, NO questions asked! It is our way of assuring you that we guarantee you’ll enjoy our products. And if you do not, then we will do everything to make your business experience with the Turtle Lodge Trading Post the most enjoyable.

When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers needs and assists in the development of better products.
When returning items please let us know if you want a credit card refund or a the Turtle Lodge Trading Post store credit.

Please Note, we are unable to accept returns for international orders and there are no returns on materials that you have mixed or blended together with other ingredients. This contaminates the raw product and we are unable to use it appropriately.

All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to the Turtle Lodge Trading Post is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the result of our error.
